Delete your account
To delete your Understanding Zoe account and all associated data:
- Open the Understanding Zoe app
- Go to Profile (bottom right tab)
- Go to Settings
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen
- Type DELETE to confirm
This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including profiles, observations, documents, conversations, and subscription information. This action cannot be undone.
Can’t access the app?
Email hello@understandingzoe.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
