The load you carry

Everyone needs a different slice of the story.

The school needs one part. The therapist needs another. Family needs the gentle version. Right now you're the one piecing it together. Again.

You want the school and the therapist on the same page.

But giving everyone full access feels wrong.

And the same story gets re-explained to every new person.

Without it, someone ends up carrying the whole picture alone.

Understanding Zoe lets you choose, person by person.

How it works

Nine permission categories. You set each one, per person.

Invite the people who support you. Then choose what each one sees. You set nine categories to None, View or Full.

None -- they don't see it.
View -- they can read it.
Full -- they can add to it.

Daily Life

What's happening day to day.

  • Observations
  • Reminders
  • Appointments

Health and Development

How things are tracking over time.

  • Milestones
  • Medication
  • Goals
  • Support Ideas

Documentation

The formal paperwork, shared only if you choose.

  • Records
  • Reports

You can also hide any single item from chosen members.

Only you can invite people, change what they see, or remove them.

Same picture for everyone. You stay in control.

In short

Understanding Zoe’s neuroaffirming village lets you invite therapists, teachers, support workers and family to see only what you choose. Nine permission categories, across Daily Life, Health and Development, and Documentation, can each be set to None, View or Full per person. Supporters join free. Only you hold the subscription.

Always on for everyone

Two things every member always has.

A one-page profile summary, so no one starts from scratch

Every member can read the one-page profile summary. It's short and strengths-led: Strengths, Interests, Support Needs, and Best Way I Learn. A new teacher or therapist walks in already briefed.

  • Strengths
  • Interests
  • Support Needs
  • Best Way I Learn

On a child profile it's called About Me. On your own profile it's called About You.

A private Pip chat, just for them

Each member gets their own private chat with Pip. It's theirs alone. The system keeps it private. Even you, the account owner, can't read another member's Pip chats.

Briefing for everyone. Private space for each person.

What it costs to add people

Supporters join free.

Only you hold the subscription. The people you invite join for free: family, a partner, therapists, teachers, support workers. One subscription covers all your profiles.

If your subscription pauses, supporters' access pauses too, until you resubscribe.

Your village stays exactly as you set it. Resubscribe and it picks up where it left off.

Why the village is different

One story, carried forward.

The same picture for everyone. You in control.

Most apps make each person start from scratch. Understanding Zoe keeps the whole story in one place. A new therapist starts where the last one finished. The school, the clinic and home see the same picture: the slice you chose.

Your data, kept safe

Private by design. The system makes sure.

Your Pip chats are private by design. Even the account owner can't read a member's Pip chats. The system enforces this. It isn't a setting anyone can switch off.
