About Understanding Zoe
Understanding Zoe is for neurodivergent people and everyone who supports them. A lot of invisible coordination happens every day, between home, school or work, therapists, and specialists. Understanding Zoe brings that coordination into one place.
At the heart of the app is Pip, an AI companion who helps you log observations, upload records, ask questions, and spot patterns over time. Pip doesn't just answer questions. Pip takes action, creating reminders, summarising records, and generating reports for school, work, or therapy handovers.
The support village is where collaboration happens. You have been invited into a shared space where everyone who matters, from grandparents and teachers to OTs, GPs and support workers, can see what is happening and contribute in the way that suits their role.
Understanding Zoe is grounded in strengths-based, neuroaffirming values. Every part of the app is designed to reflect what our community and Autistic-led researchers know to be true: that neurodivergent people thrive when they are understood, not fixed.
