After a session, a few minutes on the web keeps Lily's village up to date. Tell Pip what happened and it files it in the right place.

0:13Logging a session observation

Click Log a session observation, then tell Pip what you noticed in your own words, just as you would write a session note. Pip saves it as an observation on Lily's profile. It may ask a follow-up question. Answer it, or carry on.

0:29Checking what Pip saved

Click the card to check what Pip saved. It shows your name. You can edit or delete it, and so can Emma.

0:37Letting the family know

Emma, who manages Lily's profile, is told automatically. If there are others in Lily's village, you can tell them from here with Let someone know.

0:47Suggesting a support idea

To suggest a strategy, click Add support idea and describe it. It appears under Support ideas, with your name on it.

0:56Setting a goal together

If you agreed a goal together, open the plus menu and choose Set a goal. Pip asks what to aim for, then saves it.

1:05Village activity

Everything you add appears in Village activity, so the people who can see that part of Lily's profile stay in the loop.

1:13Copying Pip into an email

Emailing Lily's family after the session? Copy Pip in, but not on group emails. Open the plus menu and choose Email to Pip for the address. Emma reviews the email before it is added. Pip can make mistakes, so open each card and check it before you move on. A few lines after each session is plenty.

What can a supporter see?

Only what you allow. You set nine categories to None, View or Full for each person. You can also hide a single item from chosen people.

Is anything always shared with a supporter?

Yes, two things. Every supporter can read the profile's About Me. Every supporter can also chat with Pip about the profile.

Does Pip ever get things wrong?

Yes. Pip can miss context or misread a pattern. Tell Pip when something is wrong, and it updates what it remembers. Treat its ideas as things to try, never as instructions.

Do the people I invite have to pay?

No. Supporters join for free. Only you hold the subscription, and it covers every profile on your account.

Still stuck? Our help page has more answers, and a real person reads every message.

Supporters join free

You do not need a subscription. The person who invited you covers your access. You see what they choose to share. They can change this at any time.
